Maxima 50 years

On the occasion of Queen Máxima’s fiftieth birthday, Marc van der Linden wrote the Maxima 50 Years book, commissioned by L’Oréal Paris. This book was written and printed as a gift with the purchase of L’Oréal products at Kruidvat during a promotional period. It has since found its place on many coffee tables.

Regarding the guidance of this beautiful project, Asia from New Energy says:

“The request was to print the cover of the book with a matte finish. However, when we saw the proof, the look didn’t quite meet expectations. I suggested opting for a glossy laminate instead. This gave the book its beautiful glossy appearance, perfectly fitting the royal theme.”

The author and royal expert, Marc van der Linden, completely agreed with this. He mentioned on Instagram:

“Yes, I’m promoting it, because I’m proud of the beautiful golden cover! Also, I know how it feels… turning 50! You can never have enough compliments.”
