Custom quote
Do you have non-standard specifications or a larger print run? One of our account managers will be happy to prepare a free, no-obligation custom quote for you. This is possible for runs starting from 250 copies. With a custom quote, virtually all specifications and finishing options are possible.

Step 2 – Order
Would you like to turn your quote into an order? Simply reply to the quote by email.
Please include the following details:
- The final print run
- Any additional options or changes
- The desired delivery date (if applicable)
- The delivery address
- The billing address (if different)
- A reference or purchase order (PO) number, if applicable
Are you opting for a hardcover book with extra finishes? Then please also let us know your preferred colors for:
- Headband (standard for hardcover books)
- Ribbon marker (optional extra)
- Elastic closure band (optional extra)
Note: If we do not receive a color preference, we will use standard white.
Within one business day, you will receive an order confirmation from us containing all the agreed specifications.
Step 3 – Prepare your print files
After receiving your order, we will send you all the technical specifications required to design the cover.
You can then easily upload and send your print files via a file transfer service such as WeTransfer or WeSendIt.

Need help with the design?
Do you not have print-ready files yet, or would you like some help with the layout? Our graphic designer Joey will be happy to help you design your files or make them print-ready.

Step 4 – Free file check & digital proof
Once we receive your files, we will check them free of charge.
Should we find any points that require attention, we will send you a clear overview of the necessary corrections. As soon as you have submitted the updated files, we will check them again.
Once the files are fully approved, you will receive a digital proof. We will only start producing your book after you have given your final approval.
Step 5 – Production
After your approval, the books go into production.
The average production and delivery times are:
📗 Softcover book: approx. 3 weeks
📘 Hardcover book: approx. 4 weeks
If you choose special materials or luxury finishes, the production time may be longer. Naturally, we will inform you about this beforehand. It is also possible to agree on a custom schedule together in advance.
During production, we will keep you updated on the progress and timeline.
Step 6 – Delivery
After production, your books are carefully packed in sturdy boxes and shipped to the specified delivery address.
Delivery to multiple addresses is possible. Do you have specific delivery requirements? Please let us know. We are more than happy to accommodate your needs.
Payment
For a first order, we require a down payment of 50% of the total order amount. We kindly request this payment within one week of placing the order.
The remaining balance can be paid within 14 days after delivery.
For productions exceeding €5,000, customized payment terms apply. In this case, we will inform you about this in advance.
